Jay Electronica & Stic.man ghostwrote portions of Nas's "Untitled"?

This is just a rumor currently. If it is true, would this cause you to lose some respect for Nas?

Funny thing is stic_man aint that great of a lyricist. Nas is. So stic_man wrote better lyrics for Nas than himself

I would believe it because Untitled fucking sucks and Nas had been on a roll prior to that album.

That was a great article, Lund. It seems pretty clear that there was more collaboration than ghostwriting going on. I don't think this takes away from Nas' legacy at all, IMO. Like the article points out, tho, it's the Nas Stans that are going to get butt hurt by this.

I also love what Nas was saying about contradictions being a part of the human experience. I have felt that way for a long time. Everyone has multifaceted personalities. Some people just aren't able to embrace that because they feel they have to uphold a certain facade...sad. It reminds me of all those politicians that fiercely speak out against homosexuality and then get caught gaying it up in a public restroom...lol.

Yeah it was a good editorial. I think most people don't realize how many artists collaborate like this. I figure upwards of 75% do it. And of course it's not straight up ghostwriting like Diddy and Dr. Dre commission. It's just the bouncing of ideas or phrase and word suggestions possibly.

Lol. Yeah, I always say all humans are hypocrites. I've yet to meet one that wasn't.
