| Granted you cant really determine this cause there are so many people working hard behind the scenes but lets pay attention to whose dropping albums.
I'd say its a tie between Ill Bill and Killah Priest.
Killah Priest dropped 2 good albums along with the Beautiful Minds LP and The Almighy LP. Ill Bill dropped the Im A Goon Mixtape, Black Metal LCN mixtape, his second officail album and the Audacity of Coke mixtape and the LCN album. He also had his hand in producing beats.
Another honorable mention is Sean Price.

| While I'd like to say Royce Da 5'9", no project he works on ever seems to friggin' come out.
K-Rino would be a good pick

| Bun B has to be mentioned too. He completed the UGK album. He's on everyone's album. He's also working on a new solo for himself, and he's finishing Pimp C's last solo album. | |

| Ghostface had 2 albums in 2006, which is 3 years ago. And he's released comp albums, was on 8 Diagrams and Chamber Music, and will be releasing his new album in September. | |

| and Big Doe Rehab, and the new Wu-Tang albums, and his new one coming out in September.
3 solo + 2 comps + 2 Wu albums + his new one in September= 8 albums.
I'd say that's hard working.

| I'm going with Kanye. Even though 808's and Heartbreak was a dud, his first three albums were excellent and he's been hella busy when you combine his work on the mic AND behind the boards. |

They got major labels behind them. Not to mention their music is trash. Id say theyre more pushed on the public cause no one is selling records.

| You don't mention K Rino, Bizzy Bone, Haystak, or Esham? Think what you want of their material, but K Rino dropped 4 albums in 2008 ALONE. Bizzy Bone dropped 3 in 2008, Haystak dropped two himself. Esham dropped a compilation and an album. That's just one year... |

Those two idiots could probably retire right now at age 24 and 26 and never work another day in their life.
