Favourite albums from other genres?
Been listening to Pink Floyd's Dark Side of the Moon today and it got me thinking
Off the top of my head some of mine are:
Dark Side of the Moon
Powerage - ACDC
Hyperbollicsyllabicsesquedaylimystic - Isaac Hayes (Public enemy sampled the title track)
Ive listened to Thriller more since MJs death as well and even though its more like a collection of singles than a cohesive album its great too

Been re-visiting this a bunch lately:
Ween is probably my favorite band of all time. And they put on the best live show I ever witnessed.
Some other favorites would be Pink Floyd, Green Day (even though the new one is a bit lame), Red Hot Chili Peppers (up there close to Ween), Weezer, Beck (haven't liked his more recent work), Marvin Gaye, Miles Davis, Metallica, Chemical Brothers, Bob Dylan. I could list them all day, but I'll stop there.

There are way too many other genres to name.
I've been playing a lot of Phish lately, though. Toss Incognito, A Girl Called Eddy, Counting Crows, Massive Attack, Dave Matthews Band, Lit, Northeast Groovers, Sublime, and Roy Ayers in the mix too...

IMO yeah. It's a close call because they're both great albums but I have to give the edge to War Stories because it was more cohesive. Psyence Fiction covered so many different styles of music and had so many different people contributing that it felt more like a compilation album than one cohesive peace of work. War Stories was more unified that's why I enjoy it more. But Rabbit In Your Headlights is my absolute favorite song of all time by them.

Actually I think it is because N3RO claimed to be a big rap-metal fan in high school that he doesn't like that album. It was a big change from their previous sound, and didn't resemble the rock that other bands such as Korn were making popular at the time.
