Probably not. If you're halfway intelligent and keep up on things then you don't stand to learn much from him. I've always regarded him as solely preaching to the choir. He frustrates me to watch, though. Always in attack mode is no way to convert anyone. If he spent more effort on logic, and less on insulting humor attempts, he might actually be productive.

| If you're interested in today's pending economic revolution, I suggest seeking out Adbusters. They've been relentless at conveying the crisis in plainspeak, as well as outlining possible models for progress.
It's a bit pricey, at $8.95 quarterly, but they do not sell ad space. I highly recommend it.

| Capitalist theory has been characterized by a shortsighted, unending growth model.
Zero consideration for critical mass and resource depletion.
Check out the mag. It's not so much calling for revolution away from capitalism, as within it.

| Doesn't everybody preaches to the choir? Its hard to change these knucklehead's mind. You can point them to all kinds of resource material and they still ignant. But you havta admit Moore popped quite a few cherries. I enjoy his movies. He's the light hearted version of Alex Jones. | |

| ' "Pending economic revolution"? I still have faith in capitalism.'
We have never really experienced capitalism. American economy provides socialist double standards for the elite upper classes. This will probably be a strong point of Moore's.
I think I'll take back what I've written about Moore. There are a lot of shadowy corners in our current situation. I think most people have been efficiently rendered clueless.

| It will be interesting to see what he has to say. "Sicko," and "Roger & Me" were dope. |

| I'll definitely be checking it out. I loved "Bowling For Columbine" and I agree that "Sicko" was dope as well. | |
