| A west coast pioneer right here whose biggest hit of his career ironically was produced by an east coast producer (Marley Marl) "At Your Own Risk", which at one time was the theme song for Rap City on BET
I remember King Tee being the voice of the west coast briefly....and I think that's the point his reign on the top out there was pretty brief although he did influence quite a few in his short time on top
I'm not saying his career was short by any means but his time on top was...his career was pretty lengthy..
I've got him in the top 200 of all-time on my list more towards the 180's section.... | |

| I'm not going to vote because i'm not too familiar with his career, but from what I've heard, he's not top 100 material.

Cosign. But I think Terry meant to include the word not in there. |

| Yeah I can see what you guys are saying but imo he dropped 3 west classics in a row and he is a lyricist plus pioneer. I honestly just started getting into him about a year ago but I am highly impressed. I feel he influenced a lot of west coast rappers and he started the Likwit Crew. |

| I've heard a couple of him albums, but I'm not gonna vote, I can't say I'm familiar with his career at deep enough a level. | |

I've been wanting to check them out for well over a year now, but all his albums are so expensive - almost all out of print. Even his greatest hits CD. I've been keeping my eye out for them on cassette, but haven't had much luck. I suppose I could download them... |

| I've heard some tracks from IV Life and some tracks from his dyas on Aftermath. They were cool, but the prices put a damper on his albums. | |

| Top 100 for me. Like Kev said, his early work was classic and dope to me. His aftermath CD was a bit of a disapointment, but he is a cold rhymer IMO. |

I did not because I am not familiar with his material, but you know there will be a number of cats that will vote neither anyway. He probably won't make it to top 100 just cause of that. |

| I'll say this if I would have paid more attention to Tee back then he would be one of my fav's and his albums would be personal classics. |

| I guess Tee could make my top 100. It would probably be in the lower 3/4ths, though. | |
