I literally JUST watched this on hiphopdx. Damn I thought there was no way Em could top Mos' verse, but he did. They should have Primo remix this and make it a record. Shit was dope.

Preem remixed the 2007 one, with Papoose, Lupe, and Styles P, and it turned out real dope.

Yeah I saw these joints last night everyone besides Wale did well. I thought he would have done alot better. But Joe Budden and Em clearly went in murder everyone. Nicki was surprising she really impressed me, Nipsey Hussle was dope. I couldnt really judge on Mos Def because I think he did that verse for a previous song. I think Buck ripped too. Last but not least Black Thought he was up there with Em and Joe, I just wish he spit a couple more bars.

Nicki dope?? Nah!! Disagree man. That shit was corny. Spit some real without all of that young this and that, and then I will listen. Nispey was pretty weak. It was like listening to a cornier version of Snoop. I gotta say the best was either Budden or Black Thought. Budden slipped in a jab a Jay too. That shit was funny. Buck did his thing, and KRS seemed like he preached too much.

Nicki was okay to me. Siill not feelin the Wayne-like flow & accent and her overall delivery but she held her own. The best IMO was Joe Budden, Black Thought, and Em. Wale disappointed me. I thought he would go harder than he did.
On a semi-related note, Drake did say afterwards via twitter that Nicki was the "best female rapper alive", a statement I just can't cosign for obvious reasons.

I guess if Nicki wasn't so animated, she would have probably had a decent overall delivery NY style. Being on some hipster, young money shit jacked up her freestyle.

It was funny how KRS said "Camera look a the Nike sign" to make his point. Almost like he tried to grab it. lol.
Black Thought was the dopest IMO. Followed by Em and Budden.
I like Nicki Minaj personally. I've heard some of her other shit and she spits fire. However, this particular freestyle wasn't her best work. She got too animated on it. Not saying that it was wack cuz she was certainly doper than Wale and a few others, but it could have been better.

You know what KJ, I didn't like her at first, but listening to the lyrics she spit. It was actually alright. She just doesn't know how dope she could be man. Instead of using sex image in the mainstream as a medium, she could actually bring the raw shit back man. She is just infatuated with this Lil Wayne/Young Money bullshit being her savior.
