| Another no brainer for me....a top notch group who for the most part throughout their career has fired on all cylinders with very few misses started new styles of fashion, and slang with the "Daisy Age" back in '89... they just had a different style pretty much from the beginning, which is one of the reasons why they were so dope again for those not completely sure of their entire history or at least a better overview this should help you out http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/De_La_Soultop 50 for me easily! | |

| Yeah they are one of the grps that truly deserve top 50. When I think original they usually come to my mind first and lyrically the two mc's are beast on a poetic level. I like how consistant and true they have kept it. I'm not a big fan of thier whole albums at all but they have put out some classic singles. |

| Top 100. Dope catalog. I like all the records I own. But they are not a top 50 favorite of mine. |

| De La is one of the best and most consistent groups in Hip-Hop history. They have 3 classic albums under their belt, and a bunch of near classics. They're also one of the few acts from the 80's that's STILL putting out GREAT music. I'm looking forward to their next CD. They're in my personal Top 30, and Top 5 for groups. |
