| I saw this videogame at Walmart, and I was intrigued. Part of me wants to get it, but some of the mix combos sound lame: David Guetta???? Daft Punk???? Akon?? Gwen Stephani???
I don't know. However I was surprised to see Masta Ace and Aceyalone on there. Are there any thoughts on this game? |

| Dope game. I play it for hours. It's not 100% pure hip hop, true, but it's entertaining and the Masta Ace joint (blended with Mr. Big Stuff) is an awesome look. There are some house and dance/trip hop elements in there as well.
DJ Jazzy Jeff, DJ Shadow, DJ AM, DJ Z-Trip, and Grandmaster Flash have characters on the game that you can use. I only use Jeff, though. lol
It's great for heads like me that thought Guitar Hero was corny and wanted some hip hop shit in the same vein. I copped it when it dropped and I still bug out at how dope it is when I play it.
I love it... | |

| Thanks for the reply. I might have to take this game into consieration. I felt the same way about Guitar hero. However, I've seen guitar hero in action and I think it's a fun looking game. I might have to plunk down the dollars so I could get both. |

| I thought this looked rather bland. Its guitar hero with a turntable while your hand stays stationary. Looked like the same shit IMO, I wouldn't buy it. | |

| It's looks just okay to me though however it may revive the interest in turntablism for a new generation.

| I went to my homies house last weekend for some drinks..he had just bought it that day...shit looks tight-he started out as some dwarf looking DJ(i was rolling)..the "hands being stationary" claim couldnt be further from the truth..these games are very hand-eye coordinated and are a blast if you ask me(i however cannot play Guitar Hero to save my life)..one question i did ask is..why not just invest in the real thing????
he offered me a turn to play, but i was too faded by that point (lol)

Yeah man this was a fad that went out of style a year ago when Rock Band 2 came out. Pretty boring now.

| This looked really dope in the ads I saw but I'm not feeling the idea of paying $60 for another peripheral. I heard the turntable setup allowed for much more improvisation than GH/Rock Band. If that's true then I just might give it a look. | |
