Yeah I think Act II is just an EP mixtape. It's supposed to have Nas on it. And I really wish he would drop an album, but you never know with that guy...

Jay Electronica seems to be following the Percee P career plan, so we'll probably get a full length album from him by the time we're approaching 40.
