Do you listen to more hip hop from the 80's, 90's or 00's?

Also, how much from the east, west, south and midwest?

For me it goes:

90's - 50%
00's - 40%
80's - 10%

East - 40%
West - 25%
South - 25%
Midwest - 10%

Used to listen to west coast the most in the ice cube, n.w.a and death row days.
Don't listen to much from the midwest and listen to more from the south than i used to but not really new stuff from the south.
I used to listen to 80's a lot more than i do now.
You don't get a medal for being the most well rounded listener so be honest fuckers

That percentage thing is difficult to figure out. So I'll just go by order

90's
80's
00's

East
West
South
Midwest

80's and 90's is pretty close but I give the edge to the 90's. 1988 is probably the best hip-hop year though.

The East Coast is the GOAT IMO, but I also have favorites from the other coasts.

Depends. Like of "all time"? I'll base it on lately...past year or so...

90s
00s
70s
80s
60s
50s

Not sure about the location of some artists...as far as hip-hop goes...

West
East
Midwest
South
Canada

It's not that hard to figure out KJ. I agree with your ratings though. This thread wasn't meant to be another east coast is the g.o.a.t. thread. Just wanted to know what everybody is listening and not listening to. For example i'm not up on everything new but i own about 100 albums from 94 alone. I could learn a lot more about the south, west and especially the midwest.

well i spose roughly a lil somethin like

90's - 79%
80's - 19%
00's - 2%

South
(bit of a gap here, then West and East closer together, but a tad more West)

West
East

(dont have much Midwest material at all, some KC and Denver but not much else, so the gap here would be massive)

MidWest

I can't do the percentage thing either, respectively, but here's my order:

90s
80s
00s

East
West
South (I listen to a very selective few out of the south)
