Who to you had or has the worst flow.

For me this is an easy one. Back in the days of No Limit Silkk The Shocker sold tons of albums. For me personally, he had no flow what so ever. He sounded horrible. Stuttering, pauses between lines, it sounded like he was literally trying to think of his next line while he was recording. Who's flow or lack thereof, do you think is the worst?

Believe it or not, Slikk's "flow" was a personal choice, and not something he "had" to do. If you listen to his really early work and his most recent stuff, he raps like a normal person. He's still a bit stilted, but the punch-ins and oddly timed ad-libs were something he did to stand out...I guess?

Anyway, worst flow IMO is Baby/Manny Fresh. Easily. I know rhythmless white people who only listen to country that could hit a beat more consistently and with less awkwardness than those two.

Cappadonna has a pretty terrible flow.

I remember in an interview, Cappa was like "fuck trying to keep up with the beat, I'm trying to beat the beat DOWN, nahsayin?". Tha quote defines dude's career IMO.

This Puerto Rican rapper Myzery has quite a shitty flow.

I never cared too much for E-40 either. Cool dude to be sure, but on the mic, never impressed me. I never saw what the big fuss is/was about him.

I'am an east coast first and foremost, got mad love for the west, south, and midwest. I'm very selective when it comes to my hip hop, and have been for years.

I like E-40's flow. Original and unique.

Of those guys you mentioned, the only one who's flow I dig is Doom's. E-40's sucks though. He may not have the worst flow in history, but he definitely has one of the worst flows off the top of my head.
