I might get shot for this one, but Tech N9ne along with Ice Cube are tied to being my personal favorite rappers ever...not saying he's GOAT, but of all the rappers out there, Tech is my favorite.

I voted top 100 again just to play it on the safe side, hopin that SRP, Steve, K Rob, and Terry might be able to give him enough love to justify his place in the top 100. EVEN THOUGH he's clearly a top 50 choice for me.

I think Tech is top 100, but i don't like nearly as much as some people do.

Neither, I think he's overrated by many people on this forum. There's a number of people that didn't get on this list that are more talented than Tech N9ne.

I voted neither because the albums I heard from him are inconsistant and he has yet to drop a classic to me. But top 100 would not make me mad.

Kev and KJ are haters... especially Kev... since they have not heard the man's best work... the man with the best flow in the history of the game is in my top 25 but I will wait and see

Why I gotta be a hater mofo...I have heard a good amount of his albums and they do not hold much replay value for me but I am not a big fan of that over used fast midwest flow either. Tech has skills but that is not enough for me to vote him in the top.

Yeah I feel ya. I've heard Anghellic and Sickology and neither of them have much replay value. There's no way this guy should get in over Jadakiss.

I didn't know anything about Tech Nine before I came on this forum but since then I've been doing my homework and learning alot more about this dude and from what I've heard he's a decent emcee but not top 100 hip-hop acts of all-time decent...he ain't that good and that's my opinion man...sorry it offended you and that fruitcake SRP...

as for Tech Nine I've heard Anghellic and Absolute Power from him as whole albums plus on youtube I've heard a few songs like "My World" and 'Wheaties" so I've heard some stuff from dude and I thought he is a decent emcee, but certainly not top 100 hip-hop acts of all-time decent man....he is good but when I start thinking of my top 100 hip-hop acts of all-time he is not one of the names I think about...again this is my own personal opinion on him, not yours and it shouldn't be because everyone has a different take on everything right??

Kool John cosigned Powell and his youtube criteria... you heard it hear first folks - go to youtube, type in a rappers name, click on a few videos, and you'll be qualified to be well verses and vote on that rapper in the top 100...

this list is for the 100 greatest hip hop artists but its main focus is on MC's since no producers are being nominated. Tech is one of the most skilled mc's ive ever heard, and theres definitely not 100 better rappers than him. i spin Anghellic, Absolute Power, CBTS, and Everready a good amount and when it comes to pure rap skill Tech is easily one of the 50 best MC's, people make way too much out of influence imo. Influence doesnt automatically make or break someone as being a good rapper btw.
