But overall I'd say Q-Tip

I disagree with q-tip, he has an annoying voice and can't really sing or deliver the soul.

My picks in N3R0's list would be Bone Thugs and Nate Dogg and Pimp C...and Krizz Kaliko.

Another one I want to pick not mentioned is Speech from Arrested Development.

Tip is very soulful, he's got a great flow that went along with his beats so I disagree with that opinion entirely.

ATCQ and Q-Tip's beats are all very jazzy, but I don't consider Q-Tip the emcee as very soulful. I just don't think of high-pitched nasally voices as soulful.

To quote Wayne Maye, I'm gonna have to respectfully disagree with you.

smh, not one person co-signed Cee-Lo. Really? The man is the epitome of soul IMO.

Yeah Cee-Lo is definitely soulful. Wyclef is another name that comes to mind.

Yes. Wyclef is another one. Fuck the rest of The Fugees though. Namely Lauryn Hill, because I hate her music. With a passion.

Lauryn is easily the most talented member of the group. People here just hate her because she doesn't have a penis. But it's whatever.

I gotta co-sign Pedro right here, Q-Tip is dope and has been a part of many classics but there is absolutely nothing "soulful" about him

how about Soul Brother Number 1-Pete Rock

Cee-Lo is a great choice

9th Wonder uses "soulful" sounds on his beats

Erick Sermon also employs "soulful" sounds as well as funk

When they are rapping, I think Wyclef is more soulful than Lauren. When Lauren raps she is very straightforward, when Clef raps he puts a soulful, singing twist to it.

I said neither because I was joking with you Jeffrey....LOL..laugh a little you'll start to feel much better about yourself

as for who I named well I was just throwing those who I thought used "soulful" sounding production man...

I'd like to add Teddy Riley to that list....the New Jack Swing contained nothing but a bunch of soul sounds in it!
