I voted top 50 even though his solo career hasn't been what i thought it would be when he first appeared. When Wu first came out Meth was the mc that caught everyone's ear. "Tical" is a classic in my opinion but after that he's had some dope albums here and there but he's never taken off like i thought he would.

Still with his flow and talent alone, i put him top 50.

Meth is easily top 50 to me. I know some will complain about his solo career, but i think he's only had 1 bad album. Tical is a personal classic to me, but i recognize that it's probably at 4.5 stars objectively. IMO, he only has 1 album below 4 stars. Not to mention, he would slay most MC's(past and present) lyrically.

Top 100 for me. Aside from Tical, I don't dig his solo work that much, but his work with Redman is nice, and he's always been my favorite member on Wu collective albums and guest spots.

Meth is completely NASTY on the mic...dudes who are sleeping on him must've bumped their damn heads..lol

I honestly feel he's the most lyrical out of the WU...more than GZA, more than Deck, more than Ghost

I know his solo career leaves stuff to be desired but this dude is nasty on that damn mic device

Top 100 for Meth. He would be Top 50 but his discography has been mediorce IMO.

You're entitled to your opinion Powell, and I respect it. But do you honestly think Meth is better than GZA line for line? I don't see it at all. He definitely hasn't proven it with his solo albums. Liquid Swords SMASHES anything Meth has done times 1000.

I don't see Meth touching GZA. i think Powell values the battle type MC more, and that is why he has Meth ranked higher.

Top 100 for being in the Wu and his first album. Some of his later work isn't too great.
