| It's only covers except for the song Shine. I actually like the CD but if you're not into John Legend's 3 discs that have been out already, you won't want to hear an album of him doing cover songs. | |

| Just going by the amazon samples, this looks pretty boring. I'm a fan of Legend, The Roots, and classic R&B....it just seems like they could've chosen better songs. | |

| John Legend always seemed to me like he was trying to song soulfully, but didn't really have any soul in his voice. It's like manufactured imitation. Never been a huge fan unless the music is well produced and the song is well written. |
