Greg Nice Releases Debut Solo LP The Popcycle

Greg Nice - The Popcycle Image010

Bronx MC Greg Nice, most widely known for his work with late 80's/early 90's hip-hop duo Nice & Smooth, is back in action with the release of his solo debut, The Popcycle. The new LP boasts an old school hip hop feel, while bringing to the table (or should we say, turntable?) a fresh, contemporary edge. The Popcycle features appearances from Tony Yayo (G-Unit), Flavor Flav (Public Enemy), production work from Aaron LaCrate (Soulja Boy Tell 'Em, Lily Allen), Chew Fu (Rihanna), The Disco Fries (Flo Rida, Usher), DJ Serafin (Lil Jon) and DJ Mighty Mi (The High & Mighty, Cage). The Popcycle is available now from One Haven Music/Industry Rule 4080.

DAMN THIS SHIT IS WACK, and so out of left field it's ridiculous! He needs to holla at Smooth B again. It was just the same shit being repeated over and over. There were like 4 rap lines in the whole track. I'm really disappointed.

Looks like electro-pop is his preference now.

LOL true. But he has always been more on the mainstream tip. Just at his age it seems real lame to be making shit like this.

How old is Greg Nice by the way. I would say around early 40s? When I saw him rockin' hipster clothes, I was like WTF?!
