Damn, the video kept buffering, so I only watched for a couple of minutes. I really liked the hook on this one, and his raps seemed good for what I heard so far. Okay, I let it marinate while I typed that, saw the rest...This dudes sav as fuck, how have I not heard of him?

He's not very popular at all. He actually gave Tech N9ne his name. I think he's appeared on some Rich the Factor mixtapes or albums, not sure. Here's the only albums he sells online, if you're interested:
