Not a terrible list. Definitely some music I didn't care for. They favored the underground sounds more than I expected.

I think they actually did their best to appease as many readers as possible.

It's not a bad list overall, but Stimulus Package should have definitely be on there instead of Teflon Don and/or The Darkside Vol 1. SP not being on there is my only major complaint.

The majority of the albums on this list I own, but overall, it's a decent list.

Let me guess the albums that you don't have:

Brotha Lynch Hung- Dinner and a Movie

yU- Before Taxes

Roc Marciano- Marcberg

PackFM- I F*cking Hate Rappers

Homeboy Sandman- The Good Sun

DJ Muggs vs. Ill Bill- Kill Devil Hills

Rakaa- Crown of Thorns

7L & Esoteric- 1212

Kno- Death is Silent

The Left- Gas Mask

Am I right?

Respectively Tran, you do not know what albums Wayne has bought from that list, respectively.

I was just mocking Wayne because he will likely refuse to confirm that he does not own those albums even though it is true.

They need to take Wu Mass. RPM, Trill OG, and Suite 420 off quick.

Nice balanced list other than that. Guess I need to check out that Homeboy Sandman.

Oh yeah and fuck them for not including Uni5. Most stupid mofo's will appreciate that album yrs from now...maybe.

Hey man i'm listening to samples of this right now and I had to download asap. It sounds good just with that, can't wait to really spin it. So who's the rapper and i'm assuming the other is the DJ/producer?

Esoteric is the rapper, 7L is the producer. These guys are apart of AOTP. These guys are dope, but avoid "New Dope", terrible album.

As invisible as Fat Joe has been to me for many years, I'm intrigued by the fact that they said he ditches the "south paw" flow and goes back to his roots on Darkside. Its a pretty balanced list overall. I'm def dling all the ones I dont have yet. I give one booooo for not having either of Currensy's albums on there and another boooooo for having Suite 420 on there. I love Devin but that was not a good album.

You a fan of 7L & Es? If so, I think you'd like it. Even if not, you still might like it, but I'm not going to judge for you.

It definitely has an old school feel/vibe to it.

At the very least, I'd download it and go from there. Or just check for songs on youtube. I think you'd like it.
