To the right of the video on youtube is a url labeled "embed". Just copy and paste that.

no there's something you have to add in parenthesis before and after that. I figured it out now though.

before u post anything hit "preview", then click the thing that looks like a movie reel and post the url in it

or you can put [youtube] before the url and [/youtube] after
