Fye.com?

Hey guys, ordered an album from fye.com with a gift card. After i clicked "finish checkout" the computer kicked me offline. It charged my gift card and everything but i ordered it Sunday and it still says the order is "Processing". Should i be concerned or is it normal for an order to be processing for 2-3 days?

I'd call the customer service #. The ordering process may be incomplete due to being kicked off line.

I would call just to double check. I've ordered from them used online a number of times and never been kicked offline or had any other issues with it. If your order is showing in your account that's a good sign, but I would call when I got the chance or email them to make sure everything is good. They might have taken a few days off for the holidays and are just catching up.

i dont think its a problem but if it still says it after a couple more days then id check it out. ive ordered from there multiple times, so it should be OK

Thanks, i think it'll be fine, it's just not happening as fast as i want it to. I ordered "Gas Mask" and i'm really anticipating it. My order still shows on my account and the total was taken out of my gift card so i think everything is straight.
