| What I like about it is the flow of the album and the theme the production keeps throughout. Smooth and bluesy....4.0 |

| Who the hell voted below 3 stars? Whoever did that is an obvious hater.
I'm not even the biggest UGK fan, but 4 Life is a banger! If not for Harry Asshole and Hard As Hell, it'd be a classic.
EDIT: I give it 4.5 stars, one of this year's best. |

| I gave it 4.75 stars. IMO, the chorus on Hard As Hell is the main thing keeping it from classic status. There is nothing on the album that is automatic skip material(although i do skip a few tracks from time to time). There are also 3 or 4 tracks that could be counted among UGK's best. | |

I agree. I KNOW I'm late on this one, but I'm going to catch up on most of these, not because I have some time on my hands, but I missed an opportunity to contribute do to the hiatus I took, for various reasons, lol. |

I strongly disagree with that, you must not like Southern music very much. |

| I love UGK, but I think this album sounds unfinished. I still think it's great but I think it is like a 3.75. The song with Akon is one of the worst songs ever, and the album just never gets that deep. Underground Kingz had tracks like living this life, that had more to them than anything on UGK 4 Life. I just think UGK 4 Life is kind of a step backwards. And when I say unfinished, it sounds like the chorus of Game Been Good To Me is lacking the backing vocals that Pimp C so commonly does. Also the interludes are dope but it would be nice if they could have been made into a full song. I know this forum is not a huge fan of Underground Kingz, but I feel like this album is a step backwards. I feel like had Pimp C been alive to finish the album, it would have been a classic, but unfortunately that was not the case. | |

| Aside from the Akon Chorus, there is nothing wrong with the album at all. | |

| To clarify on mine, I did not mean people here aren't fans of UGK, I meant not fans of the album Underground Kings, which I thought was a better album personally. And I did nit pick small shit, but only because there previous work is so good, that any misstep leaves something to be desired. | |
