| Obviously the Titans need a QB, but i don't really think any of them are worthy of the #8 pick. Generally they take the safe route and or draft defensive players. They rarely take the player i want(Kevin Dyson over Randy Moss=SMFH). I think they will take Jake Locker or Nick Fairley, but i'm not in love with either player though. | |

| I think the G-Men are looking at Mark Ingram-Alabama with the 19th pick (and we might need a replacement for Jacobs who is thinking about bouncing to another team)
We also need some damn LB help in the worst way....so I'm not sure who is the highest rated LB but he is a MUST if he is still available IMO!

| Von Miller is the highest rated LB, but he will be long gone before they pick. I can't see them taking Ingram, but anything is possible. I think they will go with an O-Line player. | |

| I'm honestly not all that excited about it this year. I'll tune in but the labor issues put a damper on it. Teams cannot sign free agents or rookies until this legal mumbo jumbo is over. I would have liked to have seen where Donovan McNabb ends up, or Vince Young, or Kevin Kolb but we're not going to find out for several months and that blows. I'll watch until the Mavericks/Blazers game tonight and then just listen to the highlights on Sportscenter afterwards.
As for the G-Men, I agree that they'll take an O-lineman because Von Miller as you said will be long gone before they pick (I say no lower than 4th for him) and he's the only LB projected as a 1st rounder. Mark Ingram isn't out of the question because I believe they want to get rid of Jacobs, but I think they're more likely to grab an O-lineman first because that's their second biggest area of need.

Yeah that was a reach, I would have taken Gabbert over him. Not really in love with him either ( ) but I think he'll be a better pro than Locker.

| The Giants did not need Prince whateverthefuckhisnameis with their first pick but he was seen as the best available player left at that time....Mark Ingram would have been a much better pick there unless this guy is Darelle Revis part 2...we shall see but right now the jury is still waaaay out..... | |

| Yeah, I scratched my head at the Giants pick. I don't necessarily think they needed a RB either, but they could have done with someone other than Prince | |

I disagree with that Powell. The secondary really underachieved last year. While I wouldn't have minded them taking Ingram, I'd say the RB position is better than the secondary on the Giants so I'm glad they picked Prince.

I don't know that about that man, Terrell Thomas, Antrelle Rolle, Corey Webster, Kenny Phillips, Deon Grant, Aaron Ross, I mean all of these guys are quite capable....adding Prince just crowds the field up and doesn't make sense to me when OL and LB help was needed more and even RB help will be needed if Jacobs leaves because Bradshaw can't do this alone.....CB should have been addressed in a much later round IMO....

Those guys are capable, but other than Rolle they were largely inconsistent last year. Between that and getting injured they didn't get it done. We are in need of an LB, but there wasn't one available at the time worth selecting with that pick. Prince was the best player available so we had to go with him. I don't see Jacobs leaving unless they get rid of him so I think we'll be fine there. As for the O-line, we can stock up on those later on in the draft.

| The Giants play in a division with Dez Bryant, Miles Austin, Jeremy Maclin, and Desean Jackson. I don't think corner was a huge need but you can never have too many corners especially when one of the best available falls in your lap. You will be thanking the Titans later for this pick. | |

| I haven't been paying much attention to this draft. Could anyone give a brief rundown of the big winners of this draft so far. I know espn and other sites have articles but I'd like to see some perspectives from you all. | |
