Killah Priest- Priesthood

Boo-Yaa T.R.I.B.E.- Mafia Lifestyle
The Roots and John Legend- Wake Up! <---heard this wasn't that good but had to check for myself

The KP is good, but it's probably toward the end(maybe middle at best) of his discog. I'm a huge fan of that Gravediggaz album. I'd say 4.5 stars from me, and Pit Of Snakes is worth the price alone. Bubba Sparxxx has some really nice tracks, and some really nice production. It's a bit uneven though. I would rec Deliverance, but this is still worth owning though. I haven't heard the Boo-Yaa Tribe. The John Legend album was just ok, but i've only heard it twice.

12 Jewelz is probably in my top 5 Wu tracks.

I heard Boo-Yaa a little before. Heard them on a Transplants song and my buddy has a cassette of their first tape. From the little I heard it was pretty cool, and real funky.

It's a good album for the most part. I don't think the running order matches the tracklisting though.

Damn, really? That happened on mine so I took extra special care to order the tracks on yours the right way... wonder if it's the program I use. Infrarecorder usually doesn't give me problems though and that Dougie D CD I burned on another program so I dunno...hmmmm

Sometimes it's hard to know the track names, but K mentions Robbing CEO's on track 3, but Rob The CEO is listed as track 6. How Houston Does is listed as track 8, but it's track 5 on the disc.

It looks like the album runs tracks 4-10, and then tracks 1-3.

Its consistant to his other output. I'm not a true of his but I do like what I have heard from him so far. What he lacks in his delivery he more than makes up for in his lyrics, wordplay, and subject matter. His production ranges from mostly soulful to comtemporary rap beats. I'm almost sure you would enjoy him.

Here's how I rate his discog I heard:

Salvation- 4.25
The Great Debater- Only heard this once so not 100% sure in this rating but i'll say a 3.75-4.0
Live! From The Tape Deck- 3.75

The Great Debater is a free download I think.

Anyways, I broke down and got:

Bad Meets Evil

and also found:

Roots - Do You Want More (second copy)
Lupe Fiasco - The Cool (second copy)
Texas Freestyle Massacre (second copy)
Nate Dogg - G-Funk Classics Vol. 1 and 2 (second copy)

Passed on:

Dayton Family - Charges of Indictment (10.99 at the mom and pop, but I'll just order it later).

I just snatched up my official copy of Razah's Ladder. I have to say that I've never recognized such an extreme difference between an mp3 and a CD. The whole sound just opened up to a new level.

Really? I may have to do the same then. Big fan of that album.

I don't have a problem with what I have, but I'm assuming parker didn't settle for some weak rip. I wouldn't be surprised if it did sound better on CD. I know Blood Doctrine sounded a bit crisper in the headphones on CD than from the mp3s I initially had. I'm sure I've had other experiences like that but none come to mind right now.
