| Oh damn. Never saw this thread. But I had the EP right when it dropped.
And it's dope! I've listened to it about 15 times so far and I would have to rate it 4.5 stars. Like Ex said, "The Ropes" is tight and is the single type of song for the EP, which they've already started playing on the radio around here. However, my favorite tracks are "They Always Now" & "Mother's Day". Can't say I skip anything on here. Too bad they can't execute their full albums quite as good as their EPs. If they did, they may have a classic album to speak of. | |
