Just finished listening to it on Spotify. I remember making a thread about this guy much earlier this year but I never got around to listening to this album until now. Anyway, this album is 41 tracks... with no skits. I'm assuming it's a double album although Spotify apparently didn't think so. So yeah, this thing is long. However, it kept my attention the whole time. I never got bored, even though some tracks weren't very memorable. It basically suffers the same problem that I have with pretty much every double album I have heard - it could have been a real gem if they made it into one CD with about 20 tracks on it. There are a lot of really good tracks on here, but for each one there is an "ok" track. Still, I think that is pretty impressive, especially for a guy who seems to be pretty new to hip hop (I think this is his first official release, could be wrong though). One of his friends, Action Bronson, seems to be getting some attention as of late, but don't sleep on Meyhem. I enjoyed this album and it is definitely one of the year's sleeper hits. I'll give it 4 stars. Meyhem, see you on the next album.

In Typhoon Rap that image of Meyhem Lauren and action bronson standing next to each other is disturbing. These guys are better heard than seen.
