I don't know but maybe this can become a sticky. Something like the Fav Album yearly threads. Because I know the list will change and get updated as the year goes on.
Anyway list what you got so far. Let's see how many of us are feeling the same trks or not.

Ok, fuck heavy deliberation. Here's 10 of my favorite tracks from 2011 in no order.
Cyrus Malachi - Black Madonna
This is interchangeable with about half of the tracks on the album. I like the positivity buried within the bleakness on this album, this track is just one example. They sort of play out like the old tales or fables that were meant to teach lessons to kids but were really fucking dark, like this for an example: http://www.pitt.edu/~dash/grimm005.html
CunninLynguists - Enemies With Benefits
Not much I can say except dope beat, dope concept, dope rhymes, etc.
Co$$ - When I Feel
Probably my favorite from "Before I Awoke" right now, I love the beat.
Reks - The Underdog
This track towers high above the rest of R.E.K.S. for me. Dope introspective/motivational track.
Danny Brown - Pac Blood
I just love the energy in this track, and it has one of the best choruses I've heard all year.
Shabazz Palaces - Recollections of the wraith
Smooth as fuck
Random Axe - Random Call
When I heard this it really got me excited for the rest of the album. Nothing else on it lived up to it unfortunately.
Dela - Go On (Video Mix)
Great track, another high energy motivational joint.
Jay-Z & Kanye West - New Day
Really great track IMO.
AP.9 - Questions
Great way to end an album, I wish more tracks on Relentless were like this.
Of course there are a ton of other nice tracks, but these really stuck out to me so far in 2011.

Dope pick. I was just about to inquire about who the female rapper was. She did that song justice.

That Ghetto Rendezvous reminds me of Quik in his prime. And good look on adding Ric Flair that trk almost made mine and may make it later. I like most of your other picks also.

Backstrokin' is a great pick. I probably would have put it in my 10 but there was no youtube video, what the fuck. What do you think of the Trae album?

That Trae is alright. There are some really dope tracks on there and then some throwaways. Maybe a 3.0 overall. The dope tracks are the kind that get a lot of replay, IMO.

I've only got one Nicky album (Khan!, which I dug) and I've been meaning to look into the Jacka, but I got this album and I wasn't feeling it at all. How do the solo Jacka albums compare?

Nice list CTRX. I really enjoyed those Doppel & Has Lo trks. Never heard 'em. Most of the others I heard before. That Blue S's song was very different.
And thinks for introducing these cats Doppel, I like what i'm listening too so far. May have to get this.
