| After one spin, digging this one alot. Not sure how much yet. Weatherman was almost classic to me so I don't know if this will reach that status. But very dope production. Red Carpet and Where You Come From are really fucking dope. Ras Kass murders his verse. Ev has changed his voice/flow just a bit on this one, not sure how I feel about it yet. |

Those 2 plus Fame are my favorite tracks. I'm liking this album a lot. _________________ Haterex: Drunk driving is an american pastime for me, and it's an activity I hold dear to my heart. I drive like a champ on the sauce

| Red Carpet is one of if not the best Alchemist beats ever and they all kill it. A serious contender for best song of the year. |

Fuck YES! Thats one of those joints thats so cold it makes me giddy like a little bitch when I hear it, lol. I'm telling you, mayne, about 4 songs in to this album you start to realize that its a AOTY contender. I was diggin that Phonte hard and after hearing this it makes me wanna throw Phonte out the window. It's definitely in the top 5 but R4 gets a ton of replays from me so its still holding down the top for me. I'm not sure for how much longer, tho, this shit is a beast! ALL the beats and ALL the features are dope and the songs mentioned by the others truly are murderous. Everyone on the forum needs to cop this shit right fucking now.
And I can see why you would have reservations if you were a big Weatherman fan like Syrup but I don't mind the flow tweak at all and the beats on here destroy Weatherman, IMO.
4.5 out the gate and this may very well be a classic one day. |
