Fantasy Trade Advice

So in one league I'm stuck with two stud TEs, Fred and Vernon Davis, and can only start one (there is no flex position). I put both on the market and the best offer I've gotten is Plaxico Burress for Fred Davis.

If I wasn't worried about Plax' back and all the reports lately I wouldn't hesitate, but I am tempted just to take the gamble because I am weak at WR, very weak. 3 starting spots and all i got is Greg Jennings, Torrey Smith, Santana Moss (hurt), and Mark Clayton (not playing this week).

I'd trade Fred Davis. Fred is talented but there are weeks where Beck doesn't get him the ball. Whereas Vernon is Alex Smith's number one target.
