I do need to hear that Technique though...I respect his craft...but what I do know is that Fitty owned 2003.....his debut was FIRE!

I think Revolutionary 2 is more consistent, even though I think the 50 has some of the better tracks. Tech it is.

I just don't understand the 50 love. I really hate to be a hater but I just hate 50. And I'm shocked that Parker likes 50. Not that I claim to really know you, Parker, but 50 doesn't seem to fit your usual lineup of creative-type artists.

Powell is right, tho, 50 owned '03. I was in NY visiting my family at the time and I swear there were at least 8 different singles off that album playing on different stations. Jeebus...

Even the big singles, Many Men, In Da Club, 21 Questions... I mean listen to those, then listen to the mainstream singles from this year like "Hold Me Back" by Rick Ross, "No Lie" by 2 Chainz, "Tony Montana" by Future.... they make 50 Cent sound like Rakim, and GRODT sound like Illmatic.

GRoDT for me. I have my doubts that we will ever see anything like it again. The build up, the star power behind it, the momentum 50 built on an underground level and mainstream level plus living up to the absolutely enormous hype.

GRODT was really dope... but annoyed me at times because everyone I knew was

bumping that album... I was living in Los Angeles when it dropped...



I'm going with IT... because it is a personal fave of mine... and I was one of the few

around my area that was bumping it...

Yeah, not really. The only joint that I genuinely like and still bump from time to time is High All The Time. The whole album just seems to follow a formula and seems soulless to me. It blatantly commercialized 50's gangsta background and made the whole story seem phony as fuck. And if all that wasn't bad enough, everybody and their fuckin moms were ridin his dick hard like he was the truth in the game. Yuck.

And on a final note...hate, hate, hate, hate, hate, hate, hate...

And I forgot to mention how he pretty much made a name for himself by destroying Ja Rule and then was happy to take Ja's place as the King of making bitch music.

I can see that. Good points. And this album is very overrated. But it is his best album to date.

i kind of agree with this. But the Tech has a lot of standouts as well. Tech gets the vote, shocked this is the finals
