Good list, I'm a fan of Keith, Moka, DOOM, SCFB, Shabazz, Holo before he started smoking crack, Jeru and Cella Dwellas. I got a few Busdriver albums but I can only listen to a few songs before I have to put something else on.

Necro is unque as for the beats he use. Mystikal was unque before No Limit.

Theres a west coast cat that sounds exactly like Mystikal. I'll try to figure it out. It was C something...like C Bo or some shit. I heard it back in the 90s. Voice, style and everything.

It's not C-Bo...he's more like a spice 1 or something......just straight gangsta rap.....tales from the crypt, till my casket drops are classics to people into that

I could never listen to Mystikal so I never bought anything after "Unpredictable" since everyone said that was his best. Maby I should check out some pre no limit stuff

Necro, always took him as a another disciple of Kool G Rap except he focused on Horrorcore

Gotta add Aceyalone to the mix. There are other folks in the Project Blowed camp who are classified as such. Open Mike Eagle comes to mind. Also, like it or not, ICP are rappers and they are so unique they made their own sub genre.

Jak Progresso sounds kinda unique.

Redman was hip hops first cartoon character with a blunt in his mouth when Whut? Thee Album came out. He was influenced by EPMD and had Erick Sermon production but didn't rap like them. You could say he influenced Busta Rhymes though maby. Probably more on Dare Iz A Darkside...
