| lol at Steve but hes 100% true
G Rap is top 5 ever any coast, in my opinion hes the most influential mc of all time. His storytelling ability, battle rhymes, and mafioso persona shows he could do it all and influenced many different types of rappers

He does not even write battle rhymes anymore just gangsta shit. G Rap is NOT greater than Face even objectively, G Rap discog looks like Too Big MC discog compared to Brad Jordan. |

| G Rap is still more influential and thats a fact.
i love Face but G Rap's flow and rhyme style were groundbreaking, and he helped make the use of "multi's" really popular

| G Rap may be a better lyricist than Face, but Face is CLEARLY more influential and has a much better catalog, which is why I rank him over G Rap. I rank Q-Tip over him as well.
That said, G Rap is still among my Top 10 in the East. |

Biggie G Rap Nas Jay Z DMX The majority of southern rappers period. Spice 1 Mc Eiht Cube Pac Do or Die MOP Any rapper who raps about selling dope, mental issues, and gritty hard street shit can be tied back to Face. I'm not saying he is the sole factor but best believe he is in the gumbo. |

| LMAO....keep believing that baby bubba, G Rap is a bigger influence on ALL those rappers easily, but you belive face, your personal god, reached out and inspired them...notice how you say southern rappers, any other successful (mainstream) southern act EVER has NOT imitated him...lol, dumb ass. |

Yep he has, not to mention that he's a pioneer for the south. Before him, the South was only recognized for club and booty music but after he came out, the South was taken more seriously as far as lyrics and subject matter was concerned. |

| you are fuckin stupid, influence means that someone changes their subject matter or their style due to a person, and none of those artists changed shit for scarface, you listed ZERO with commercial success except for pac and g rap which are not at all like face, but keep thinking that, you can jerk off to your low rider pictures and your al roker lookalike pics all you want but deep down you know the truth, that face is regional as it gets baby bubba. |

Let's just stick with those for main, commercially successful commercially viable artists, that have OBVIOUSLY used G Raps formula and ADMIT they do. |

| Anyone missing G. Raps's style and influence is delusional or ignorant of the man.
Or both...
Kev, maybe you can explain how Scarface influenced Kool G. Rap? Are there specifics that you point to to back that one up? I'd love to know what they are...
