| Just to update, the only date posted so far is July 2. Backwoodz twitter responded that they will be putting together some sort of promotional bundle. | |

| I'll give Billy Woods another shot with Blockhead behind the boards, I always dig his shit. Don't disappoint me again Parker and Trotter. I hold you two personally responsible for letting me down with HWAM...jerks. | |

| Yo if you don't like that I don't know what to tell you.
Have you heard Cape Verde? Camouflage? Emergency Powers? Do you like anything from Marq Spekt? Vordul Mega? Karniege? HiCoup?
This just might not be your type of hip-hop. It's not like HWAM is what it is by accident. I'm sure you listen to lots of things I can't deal with. Everybody does, that's the best part about this site when anybody shows up.

| Yea it's amazing. I listen to it just about every day at some point.
It's on Spotify if you need to check it, plus I'm sure some tracks will be on YouTube.
Keep in mind, I'm a fan of his and a fan of the Backwoodz aesthetic in general. However, my buddy generally dislikes that whole clique but loves this album.

| Dour Candy. Not by much, but Blockhead created something special for Woods to work with.
FYI Blockhead also has a full length album out soon with Marq Spekt. Like a month or so according to the email I just got. I fucking love this music...

| Well I was pleasantly fucking surprised with this one. Blockhead def came thru for me on the instrumental side and the flow that kinda irritated me on HWAM sounded dope over these beats. The lyrical content was expected, it was just presented better this time, IMO. I gotta spin it a few more times for a real rating but its def at least 3.5.
And to answer your questions from a couple months ago (lol) Parker, I have only heard Cape Verde, which I dug. I liked it slightly more than Indonesia. I haven't been on the forum much since it moved to FB. It's just more convenient on there. Speaking of that, where you guys at Parker, Trotter, and Rez?

| Trotter, I just need to know your real name so I can add you. And yeah, FB and all that nonsense can be wack...but only if you're wack yourself. Just because you have a FB doesn't mean you have to participate in all the fuckery. It's not like I'm on there playing games and shit. | |

| This, Ghostface Killah & Adrian Younge, El-P & Killer Mike, Ka, The Doppelgangaz are my top 5 so far this year.
Still haven't picked up R.A., Ill Bill, Prodigy & Alc, both Kyo Itachi records with John Robinson & Dirt Platoon, Seven Gems with Tragedy Khadafi and Tragic Allies, First Light (Opio & Pep Love), Styles P, Trinity, Tony Touch and a few others yet though. Looking forward to the new Almighty record, new Hiero and U-God as well......falling behind this year
Wanduras: I'll probably join the facebook group soon. I'd rather be on here than facebook though, but nobody shows up |

| This is definitely my favorite this year. Rugged Man is right behind it. I have to say that I'm really digging The Maven, too. More so than anything since Annihilation... | |
