I don't know if these two ever had beef, but Jay took a swing at Joe on the new track called "Reminder". The song is actually decent and should have been the second single for him instead of that wack Kanye and Rhianna shit (as well as the horrible Drake feature track). I believe he jabbed at Joe in the first verse by saying ""tell them regular JOE's BUDDEN up/".

For what label? ROC? Because if you are talking about Def Jam, Jay didn't hold a position at the label until 2004 or 05 I believe.

How is that a shot ? Anyway Joe said he's not going to respond. But even he did I would say he was being sensitive given I see nothing that should upset him.
