I'm gonna say top 50. There's a lot of repetition in their work, but it's still tight production.

I'm not Powell, but I voted the same way.
I feel they are Top 50 because they have dope beats but there are 25 better producers IMO.

this is no particular order except the first one listed:
1.Marley Marl 2.Dj Muggs 3.Dilla 4.Madlib 5.RZA 6.Preemo 7.Pete Rock 8.Lord Finesse 9.Diamond D 10.Neptunes 11.Timbaland 12.Organized Noise 13.Rick Rubin 14.Larry Smith 15.Da Bomb Squad 16.Just Blaze 17.Swizz Beatz 18.9th Wonder 19.Nicolay 20.Havoc 21.Alchemist 22.Jazzy Jeff 23.Q-Tip 24.Dr.Dre 25.Prince Paul 26.Buckwild 27.Da Beatminerz 28.Large Professor 29.Kanye West 30.Krysis 31.Illmind 32.Teddy Riley 33.Jam Master Jay 34.Red Alert 35.Mantronix
these 35 hip-hop producers rank ahead of Juicy J/3-6 Mafia for me Kev, and that's why I have them in the top 50, but as a southern group they rank in my top ten easily....

I did my research and found out that Puffy has big teeth, is a nerd who puffs out his cheeks when angry, and found out he had a secret desire to FUCK Lil Kim but she said no because she was scared he would tell Biggie...lol

Illmind has produced 2 cuts out of those 3 albums combined.
Khrysis only did 3 cuts on the Little Brother records. He did 7 on the Hall Of Justus compilation CD (classic?).

Powell you just don't like many southern grp then because if Juicy and Paul production is not strong enough for top 25 than I know their lyrics did not put them in your top 10. I have no prob with them in a top 10 because imo they belong but this is just odd. Mo power to you.

First of all, you have trouble comprehending terms like preference and personal replay value. Not anywhere did I say Wu Tang was not top 5-10. In fact, I objectively feel they are and I stated just that for your eyes to read in my initial post. But they are not my favorite group by a long shot.
Besides, what you say (and argue objectively about) is much worse. Fucking Phonte and 9th Wonder top 20 all time in their respective occupations...laughable...lol. And you have no basis for putting him over pioneers like The Bomb Squad, Organized Noise or Rick Fucking Rubin. He's your favorite. Kinda like how I favor Pete Rock & CL Smooth over Wu Tang. Are you really that dumb, intolerant old man?
