| I like some of them. I watched most of the ones on the first series and some were cool. Have not been keeping up with part 2 or 3 of the series to know if any are good - heard good things about Frontiers though. |

| I wish some of the major Horror Directors would get in on this. I think they're the reason Dimension Films came up with Dimension Extreme and Ghost House films is doing it too. However Ghost House doesn't have the same quality. I heard a few are gems. | |

| I agree man, but even with the majors creating these brands you still have to shift through ALOT of garbage to find the gems.
This week I wasted money on:
Ghost House Underground: Last House In The Woods
Dimension Extreme: Automaton Transfusion
and both are pretty much grade A garbage.
Both have me extremely cautious at ever even dealing with either company again.
All they do is buy the rights from indie films, put it in some real deceptive packaging and sell it.
That's what pisses me off the most cause the packaging makes some of these films look like they have some sort of budget and in reality they are photoshopped and beyond anything in the film.
Last House in the Woods had a decent trailer, but it is a cheap, horribly acted italian wannabe gore film with very little gore.
Automaton Transfusion is praised as good indie film - and to that end it is not bad for a low low low low low budget movie - but definitely nowhere near anything I would call good.
Interestingly enough, a movie I put off thinking it might be horrible is pretty decent - Flight of the Living Dead.
I'd love to hear any recs you have from the recent batch of horror movies.
I mostly mess with Masters of Horror because at the very least the production is top notch even if the movie sucks and the directors are given free reign and come through with some dope movies. I have seen a ton of those. |

| I know this is wrong but I recommend downloading or borrowing from the library first before purchase. If the download sux you can delete it. Library just take that muthafucka back.
One movie to stay the hell away from Lost Boys 2. STRAIGHT GARBAGE!!!!

| You do pretty good on your Ebay sales? Seems like I can never find anything I want on there these days...I don't even bother checking it out. Funny enough though, I started selling on Amazon and have been doing better than I ever did on Ebay (as far as sales go). | |

| What you been slanging on Amazon Pounds?
I think the economy is effecting Ebay. I plan to start putting stuff I don't move up for sale on Amazon to see if I get any bites. I try to only sale the rare stuff or recent enough DVDs that haven't bottomed out. I've found some gems here and there.
One of these days I might try being a seller for others. I haven't sold on the behalf of anyone yet but I'll have to come up with adequate contract first.

| How much does amazon charge pounds? Like for a cassette sale? I do half.com but their fees can be steep - I heard amazon fees are steeper but they might have a bigger audience. |

| Well, half I think is about 15 percent or some shit and they something real shady because they even take money out of the shipping. But amazon looks like they charge you at least 1.80 PLUS commisssion for ever CD or DVD sold... that is ridiculous to me... you lose money on things that way unless you sell them for a lot it seems. |

| The positive for Amazon is you can leave your stuff of indefinitely. Is that true for half as well.
They take out on shipping too?

| Sorry I haven't checked back until now. The fee's are kind of steep, but it's worth it...cause I could never sell this shit on Ebay before.
Example:
Nas "It Was Written" CASSETTE (like new)
Sale price: $4.50 Amazon fee: $-2.47 Shipping credit: $2.98 Your money: $5.01
HOWEVER, you still must ship it. Shipping cassettes is way less than $3. Buy some of those small manilla envelopes and your own bubble wrap rather than paying for expensive bubble mailers. The shit is lighter and just as solid. You'll pay about $1.50 or so to ship a cassette. Sometimes less. So you're spending roughly $1.60-$2.00 for packaging and shipping.
So after everything, I made $3.00 on this sale, or a little more.
The sale price on some other cassettes I sold have been:
Gang Starr "Hard to Earn" - $3.00 King Sun "XL" - $6.00 The Roots "Illadelph Halflife" - $5.00 Kool G Rap & DJ Polo "Road to the Riches" - $6.00 Fat Boys "Fat Boys Are Back" - $4.25

But if I come across a copy of Jackie Chan's The Protector then I'll let you know.

| Yeah I peeped them. I intend to use both.
Whatever I can't slang on ebay I'm going to start putting on Amazon.
I'm just really used to using ebay. I usually self stuff quickly so I still bank a higher profit in comparison.
This is small time hustling but I hope to eventually take it to a higher level by getting more product or diversifying my product.
It's hard to find CDs for cheap that I can bank profit otherwise I'd slang them too. Everyday people treat their CDs like shit because they're used more.

Ong-Bak did have a better plot. I just prefer The Protector. That sequence where he walks up the sets of stairs....classic.

| Well if you bought the DVD or rented it should have had two discs. The second disc is the international version. It is better. The American version cut out parts that would've made the plot flow better. | |
