Besides Snoop & maybe Devin, I'd say Q-Tip is easily smoother than anyone on this list.

To me Tip's smooth comes more just from his voice not how he constructs the lyrics and delivery. If Tip and Big Mike were spittin their rhymes/lines at a female I think Mike would be smoother for example.

I don't see Q-Tip as smooth at all IMO - I see what kev means here - and Q-Tip's deliver does not fit at all. He has a regular delivery - just a high pitched voice and lovey dovey lyrics - that does not make his delivery smooth. Kev is basically going for rappers with that pimpish melodic flow.

I don't think SHort, BDK, or Heavy fit as much - I would say nelly should be on the list and he'd get my vote or snoop.

Y'all crazy, Tip is smooth as silk. Those who disagree need to go back and listen to his classic material again.

There are several good choices here though so it's tough. I'm gonna go with the SMOOTH operator though.
