| ^ i agree with you two since i listened to the Jay album ive only really played like 3-5 tracks from it with any replay value and the best track arguably (Empire State of Mind) is getting played so much EVERYWHERE its starting to get played out | |

But now I'd probably rate it lower because those songs and occasionally Reminder are the only ones I find myself spinning on the album. I love Jay, but that album has more filler than a Hostess cupcake. The only joints by him that rate lower are Kingdome Come and the god-awful BP2. I'm listening to LCN as we speak. So far I like it. The production is definitely top notch. |

| Blueprint 3 was hardly a bad album...smh
it reminds me of Survival Skills in that it is not by any means a classic, but Jay came correct on it just like Buck and Kris did....decent beats on BP3 as well as the subject matter and lyrics by Jay gives that album top rank for me in 2009!

"I can't stand this album because the drums they used were wack"
or
"All the old heads always say this album is better or that album is better but my album is the BEST"
LMAO!

BP3 is your AOTY Powell??? Wow!! You're entitled to your opinion, but damn that album doesn't even crack my Top 15 for 2009 and I'm a Jay fan. Have you heard Skyzoo's album The Salvation? If not then you should check it out. As hard as you are to please when it comes to post-2000 MC's, I think you'd even like it. |

Nah, he just started going at Powell (or actually the other way around, LOL). Before he went at me and Kev. He still goes at Kev on occasion. Other than Cory being a Nas hater, I have no problems with him. |

| Yeah when i first came to amazon me and powell had some fights about age and shit. Then we were friends until he started talking about Dr Dre and i felt differently. We started fighting on that and he gave me the name The Genius. then it was good again, so just a few little things here and there. | |

Nah BP3 is not my AOTY man...I just meant that the album was a top ranked album for me for 2009... I have Survival Skills ahead of it as well as Grand Puba, and probably Jadakiss too (or at least even with it)...the UGK For Life is about even with it as well...I got mad love for Pimp C man (RIP)...I loved X-Clan- Mainstream Outlawz as well and also Alchemist too, and I like the Ghostface joint too, Salvation was good as well..so no BP3 is not my AOTY but it is a top ranked album for me though

My AOTY's are Salvation, Survival Skills, Street Hop, Padded Room, and OB4CL2. Not necessarily in that order. |

| Actually, Powell, if you liked Alchemist you might like stuff like LCN. I rarely see you big up more hard edged shit but if you can dig it you'd like the LCN for sure. Same with you KJ.
And Al, I thought Ill Bill was one of your favorite new school mc's? |
