| I don't agree with top 10 but they deserve mention in a top 20-25 imo. I am so glad I got into them recently, they are one of the few ole school grps whose beats still bang to this day.
What era are you using for a measuring stick for them when you say top 10 old school? |

| Everlasting Bass is my Jam. I'd go with top 10, just so the west has more than just NWA & Ice-T. | |

| Don't mind powell... numbers and ages confuse him:
Run-D.M.C. Public Enemy Gangstarr Pete Rock And CL Smooth N.W.A EPMD Tribe Called Quest Outkast Jazzy Jeff and Fresh Prince Eric B and Rakim Kool G Rap and Polo Heavy D and The Boyz Nice And Smooth Brand Nubian Ultramagnetic MC's X-Clan Poor Righteous Teachers BDP (if you want to count them as a group)
you know how the golden age, old school, powell's infinite era all kind of extend and change as he likes... |

| I respect Rodney O and Joe Cooley, but they're not a Top 10 old school group IMO.

Grandmaster Flash and The Furious Five Beastie Boys Whodini The Fat Boys Salt N Pepa The Jungle Brothers Sugar Hill Gang Three Times Dope Stetsasonic Above The Law |
