Paid In Full- Eric B. & Rakim

Top 75. I like DSTT, Follow The Leader, and LTRHE more.

Top 5 for me. Easily one of the best albums ever IMO.

I'm gonna say top 100 for it cause it really is a classic. I just do not spin it a lot. In all honesty, i don't really spin any of their albums very often. When i'm in the mood for Rakim, i just spin The Book Of Life disc.

I know they are(only a retard wouldn't know otherwise), but i have always based my opinion on how much i listen to an album. I just don't grab Paid In Full very often. it's always The Book Of Life

That's cool that its verses are still quoted and the beats are sampled but that is irrelevant to me. All I care about is how the album sounds/vibes. This is one of those albums that you had to grow up listening to to truly appreciate it. Besides I Know You Got Soul, I Ain't No Joke, As The Rhyme Goes On, and Paid In Full I just can't dig this album. I realize its place in history and that you all regard it quite highly but its not an album for everyone.

im like that in a way to. like mecca and soul brother sounds and vibes great. i can throw that on anywhere, any time and nod my head. paid in full is dope to, but thats more listening on the head phones serious listening. i dont get to do that as much.

Top 25. It's toward the back end these days but damn, this was one of my first 5-10 hip-hop albums. It played a major role in my love for hip-hop.
