I've gotta go with EPMD here...that's one of my favorites from them and an all-time classic IN MY OPINION

Onyx would be in second and 'Kast would come after that from this list for me!

Kast wins this matchup for me. The first two EPMD albums were better than SPCM but they were made in the 80's. I like Onyx but neither of their albums are classic IMO.

As emcees E and PMD can not even hold a candle to either Big Boi or Dre...

I agree their first two albums are classic, but it's laughable to me to say they trump any of Kast's classics overall.

It ain't all about lyricism, it's about making dope records. Business As Usual is a classic as well, and Business Never Personal is a near classic.

Personally, I'd take Strictly Business over any Kast record except Aquemini.

Ain't that the truth...Big Boi and Dre 3000 rip the shit out of Erick and Parrish on the mic...that shit is not even close, but Business As Usual is one of their original classics....Strictly Business...Unfinished Business and Business as Usual are ALL better than Southernplayalistic IN MY OPINION...now ATLiens and Aquemini is a different story but EPMD is beating Kast on this list IN MY OPINION!

Kast again. I need to listen to that Onyx more. I've only bumped it a couple times. But I don't think it would stand up to Kast considering how much I love that album.
