| Solid album. Not any better than their other works IMO. I got it at 4 stars though. Some nice standouts, some average cuts, and a couple forgettable tracks. A few too many guests for such a short album as well IMO. Still though, nothing is bad here. 9th's production is on point throughout and Murs stays inspired IMO (you may disagree if you hate him like Norf does. lol).
My favorites: Fornever (feat. Kurupt) I Used To Love Her (Again) <---best cut here IMO West Coast Cinderella
My rating: 4 stars
My updated 9th & Murs ratings: Sweet Lord (4.5 stars) 3:16 (4 stars) Fornever (4 stars) Murray's Revenge (2.5-3 stars)

| Speaking of this duo, two things:
1. Does Murs thinks he looks cool mimicking Cameron Diaz's hair in Something About Mary?
2. What are you guys thoughts on Murray's Revenge? |

Damn Alan, you really don't like that album? I think it's the second best out of their four collabos.

| This album was awful IMO. Al, you kinda glossed over two unforivably horrid tracks that don't belong on ANY 4 star album IMO, Vicki Vale and Asian Girl. |

Gloss over? Vicki Vale is one of the forgettable tracks I mentioned, and I like Asian Girl. Not a favorite, but decent IMO. Neither are bad tracks IMO. Listened to it again today. Still 4 stars in my book...mostly because of 9th's tasty beats.

He would have had to star in a bukkake video to hold that much hair up |

| N3R0 is the only person i've come across who thinks the album is awful. with only 10 tracks, there isn't much wiggle room, but i'd give it around 3.5 stars. | |

Yeah, 3.5 is about right. For me, 9th Wonder just improves with damn near every release. I suppose if you're not feeling the production, the rating would be quite a bit lower. But the production drives this release IMO.

| Murray's Revenge is the most underrated Murs album. The title track is a pretty good choice for a standout track as well. As for this album, I'm not too interested. | |

He would have had to star in a bukkake video to hold that much hair up I heard that if you pre-order the album it comes with a DVD of the bukkake video, with 9th and Little Brother "gelling" Murs's hair up for the album cover. Guest director Slug.

Well, I'd say these are far more underrated: Good Music (1999) Murs Rules The World (2000) The End of the Beginning (2003) <--- easily his best IMO...and well overshadowed by the Murs/9th albums. Hell, I think Murs For President is still one of his best albums....better than all the Murs/9th collabs.

I probably feel the same about M4P as you do about Murray's Revenge. That album is basically shit covered. I love it though. Murs Rules The World is objectively his greatest early work IMO....along with Good Music. Sounds like a totally different rapper, basically. Not a single love jam in the mix...just raw spitting.

Indeed. Except for Sweet Lord Am I the only one who thinks that track with Snoop (Time Is Now) was one of the best cuts of 2008? I fuckin' loved that track. My favorite off Sweet Lord was Nina Ross

I've seen him a few times, but once at a super small venue. Probably 200 people or something. That was the best I've seen him...he's consistently entertaining when he does his thing live though.

For me the album didn't have the greatest replay value but it's still an okay outing. I would still rate it at a 3.5 which is not a bad rating
