RUMOR-ISH Street Hop Deluxe Version Out May 18th

Digital Only, but this will fix the audio problems found on the OG version as well as include an unreleased track...not my thing, but I might d/l it just to see if it's that noticable of a difference.

on my computer the album sounds better, but in the car some of the tracks do sound strangely mixed..."Shake This" being one of them

Really? The mixing of certain channels is obviously panned incorrectly. Most noticably the vocals on tracks like "Shake This" and "Gangster".

You sure? Did the press release say it was specifically to fix the audio problems?

No it didn't but E1 hasn't been very open about the mixing problems either. I'll see if I can find a link with more specific info.

That was what was posted - no mention of any audio problems or them being fixed.

The CD is jacked up with regards to audio. I had to return mine back to Amazon and received a refund. The audio is panned, and it's really bad. I sent 2 emails to the CEO or the record company, and that fool never replied. Therefore, I never bought another copy of Royce's CD. They knew about the issue but decided not to do shit about it. I'm not buying that CD again until I know the sound issue is fixed.

So this version is going to feature at least one remix of a track. The track "Rap Planet" will be on Bar Exam 3, and the remix featuring "___" will be on the Street Hop Deluxe version. More details to soon follow, hoes.
