Anyway top 5-10 for me easily.

I'm gonna say top 25. I couldn't stand the album at first because I wasn't able to understand shit.. but after a few spins its a lot better.

Top 10 in the Midwest easily

I really only like about 4 tracks off this album. I like a lot of music from Detroit, Chicago, and Minnesota, too. The Bone EP would make it, though.

I'm not saying Creepin isn't dope, but other than Thuggish Ruggish Bone the high points don't measure up to E 1999's IMO.

Creepin was a better effort though IMO!

I disagree entirely Powell, I have those ratings reversed (Top 25 for E1999 and Top 50 for Creepin). But it's all good.
