Three Times Dope is exactly what their name says Shaun. I don't see why you wouldn't like them. EST was a beast on the mic. I never heard about them writing a Destiny's Child song though.

As for the D-Nice matchup, I went with My Name Is D-Nice as well, but Time To Flow is a banger IMO, especially the remix with Treach.

I'll look into 3XD (I believe they've been called that?). And, according to Wiki, EST wrote Cater 2 U for Destiny's Child.

Time To Flow is indeed a dope album, but My Name Is D-Nice is a personal classic.
