Top Hip Hop Double Albums: Day 1

Introduction: Welcome to the creation of another brand new thread, created by your's truly! I was reading a recent review of a CLASSIC hip hop double album (which will be the first album selected for this new thread) and it instantly got me thinking of creating of new thread solely for this forum. We all have our feelings about how a "hip hop double album" should be, and we have seen our fair share of double albums over the years. Some, if not most, of these albums have been discussed ad nauseum, but in my opinion, when it comes to classic albums, there's no such thing as talking about them too much. For the duration of this thread, I'm going to not just limit this just the east coast, but rather I'm going to include not only albums I personally own, but albums I may not have heard as well. So, with that somewhat brief, lol, intro out of the way, today's first selection (a personal classic, 5 star album, in my top 10, etc) is none other than...............

I definitely haven't heard anywhere near 50 double albums

No offense Wayne, but I don't think there are 100 double albums in hip-hop. So this isn't the best topic.

That said, this is my fav hip hop double album.

Top 25

LMAO @ Wayne. You should just do a Top 25 period if their are even 25. Break it down with Top 5, 10, 20, 25 or something. But 100 is crazy as hell, Wayne you smoke dope?...lol.

I was thinking 25, too. But, I think it should be 10 or 15

Do I smoke dope, lol? Moving on, lol, after reading some of these comments, I did overthink this thread regarding the numbers, so it'll definitely be adjusted come day 2. Thanks for bringing this to my attention.

By the way Life After Death is top 3 for me easily. Personal classic all the way.

Number one as far as DOUBLE hip-hop albums are concerned...number one easily IMO!
