Hmmmm...not sure. Let's see I know Life Is..., Get In Whrere You, Short Dogs In The House, and Cocktails would make it. Thats 4 Short albums, I guess thats enough. So neither.

Get In Where You Fit In is my favorite, this is my second favorite. I know Yogi has these 2 reversed as his top 2, but he doesn't vote on this stuff if so this is his #1.

Everything he made before retirement was dope to me, he pretty much had a flawless career. If he stayed in retirement after Gettin' It I think he would be mentioned more as one of the greats. Everybody wanted to be down once they blew up eg. features on Biggie, Snoop and Jay-Z's second albums. I need to spin this one again, i have it about 5th

I think Too Short was the first to do the retirement thing in hip hop at the time. Can't recall no one else doing it at that point.

His first 3 on Jive were all good, my favorite out of those being Life Is..., but this is the first that Ant Banks blessed, and the three that Banks did the majority of the production on are my favorites. Gettin' It is pretty damn good as well. After his "retirement" none of his discs were on the same level as before.
