There's a funny video on youtube of some dude who claims he produced What You Know and Toomp just helped him and took the credit. But the way he explained it is he basically found the sample, but Toomp arranged the sample and replayed it and produced the beat. And I tend to believe Toomp did all the work because the guy goes on to try to produce a beat for the video and it is wackness squared:

I like that beat, don't get me wrong, but it's not one of my favorite Toomp beats.
