| Dead Serious. If it didn't take me a few listens to really appreciate Straight Up Sewaside, it would have been my favorite. | |

I've always felt that Straight Up Sewaside was better than Dead Serious. DS is still classic though. |

I've always felt that Straight Up Sewaside was better than Dead Serious. DS is still classic though. It probably is. But it was one of those albums that grew on me. I liked a few songs on first listen, but took a while for the rest to grow on me. Plus, Dead Serious has "If Only". I love that track.

The remix to this joint is classic material. If only, ha, it was on this album. |

| Dead Serious is my favorite, and in my top 25 of all time. The other two both fit into my top 50 from the east, if not top 100 of all time | |

| Indeed. Although, Straight Out The Sewer and Represent The Real (yes, I know it's on KRS' album) the most from those two albums. | |

I remember going apeshit the 1st time I saw that video. Still do sometimes. Beat is crazy... Anyway, I voted for Straight Up Sewaside. By far the the most kind to these ears. Love Dead Serious, though. Just spun Hold It Down on last.fm as well. All of them are dope. Their last album is the only one that ain't up to par.

Their last album is the only one that ain't up to par. I spun a few songs from their first three albums last night, and as I mentioned, timeless. I haven't heard Generation EFX or How We Do. |

Indeed. People hate on Generation EFX because it was a step down, but it's real dope.

Indeed. People hate on Generation EFX because it was a step down, but it's real dope. Generation EFX was slept on in 98, especially with most of the albums that were being released at that time. |

I've always felt that Straight Up Sewaside was better than Dead Serious. DS is still classic though. Me too. However, over the years I usually grab for Dead Serious. All are great albums. Dead Serious barely gets the nod from me.

| Dead Serious 4 me. I loved their remixes (Mic Checka, Jussummen) and the track on one of the cassette max singles "Hard Like A Criminal". Too bad it's not on CD | |

That Mic Checka remix is one of my favorites from Das. I like it better than the original. |

| Generation Efx was a dope album. Very underrated. Some of the tracks, especially with Miss Jones, have some of that jiggy sound of the late 90s. But, that didn't stop them from eating the tracks lyrically. | |

It's got a few bangers but overall I thought it was mediorce. Rap Scholar is FIRE though! My fav tracks from them overall would be They Want EFX, East Coast, Mic Cheka, Microphone Master remix (with Mobb Deep), Represent The Real Hip Hop (with KRS-One) and Freakit. |

| Favorite tracks? Sure!
Straight Out The Sewer Baknaffek Mic Checka They Want EFX Real Hip Hop
Represent The Real would be on there, but KRS put it on his album first.
