| This album is a lot better than people give it credit for IMO. It's not as good as Padded Room or Escape Route, but it's dope nonetheless. Focus and 10 Minutes are straight bangers.
4 stars IMO. |

| 4 stars for me as well. I'll need to give this one a spin as well. I haven't heard this in ages. | |

| 4 star album. Underrated, slept on, they both apply regarding this album. I also like this one a little more than Padded Room. |

| On another subject, does anybody else feel like Budden sounds a bit out of place with Slaughterhouse? I still love the album but here's my thing. Royce, Crooked, and Ortiz all spit with an up tempo flow, rhyming fast and furious. Budden always sounds better when he's rhyming slow with emotion. I'm not complaining I just think sometimes it doesn't work out so well for him in the group. For example, the first track "Sound Off". The first 3 rhyme fast and stay ahead of the beat but Budden's verse sounds a bit off to me. Maybe it's just me? | |

I feel it's just you. Budden fits perfectly with the group. I don't think anyone else could fill that spot. |

| I don't necessarily think he hurts them, his style is just so much different than the other 3. Maybe I should be saying he adds to the group with a different style. | |

CO-SIGNAGE! as for this album I've got it at 3.5 stars so it's a good effort from him.....but dude has always been pretty average IMO! nothing about him stands out in anyway...not even his voice IMO!

| Joe Budden can't rap. He's good when he's not being lyrical, but other than that, I don't see much. All of his punchlines are completely random and have nothing to do with anything. | |

Padded Room is 4 stars..so it's above average to me...a pretty good effort from Joe Escape Route is average to me though...3 stars covers that one to me but what I'm referring to is Joe Buddens as an emcee...in that respect he's quite average to me man...
