A movie set in the west coast with a predominately east coast tracklisting ...........smh.
with that: a fairly decent sdtrk. sans the bullshit RnB tracks..highlights 'Renee' Lost Boyz....'Up North trip' Mobb Deep.........'Winter Warz' Ghostface....etc.
nowhere near as memorable as the flick.
Average/Very Good..borderline...with a few classic joints thrown in, it helps
This was a dope soundtrack, and the songs that Acrid named were released on this soundtrack before they were on their respective albums. The Renee remix is on this joint which I dig more than the original (same lyrics, just a doper beat) I'll give this a very good rating, close to excellent.
